Evilla Motorsports at the 2015 Veloster Challenge
Saturday February 28, 2015 marked the first ever Veloster Challenge at Buttonwillow Raceway. It is the first Korean Car series in the U.S. made for Hyundai and Kia owners to show their cars and skills on the track. We were invited to represent our Kia side of cars and compete with Hyundai Velosters.
Saturday February 28, 2015 marked the first ever Veloster Challenge at Buttonwillow Raceway. It is the first Korean Car series in the U.S. made for Hyundai and Kia owners to show their cars and skills on the track. We were invited to represent our Kia side of cars and compete with Hyundai Velosters.
Our Kia Rio race car proved itself at the track by taking 2nd place against our turbocharged brethren. We also had a 2015 Forte Turbo fitted with our chassis braces and torsion bar join us in the competition. Overall, we would like to thank all the vendors and fellow enthusiasts that helped make this event so amazing. We look forward to round 2 of the Veloster Challenge, and will be bringing both our Rio Race Car and our Forte Turbo to the platform.
